Three ways to get started!

1. Join our beginner group (yes we train all winter).

o This program will focus on getting you ready to complete your first sprint triathlon and includes, strength training, indoor and outdoor group workouts on the bike and run (base builder)

o Adjustments can be made if you have already completed a sprint and are ready to compete and/or bridge to Olympic

 Spring plan (race specific)

o Race Date specific to get you into an early sprint and help you to finish faster and with a smile for the cameras

o Open water swim and pool swim simulations

o Race strategy

 Summer plan

o Bridge to do an Olympic your first year and finish strong

o Improve your time in muliple events

o Build the skills to make multi sport a lifestyle

2. Get a personal plan

o Get personal help with all of your training to be the best that you can be. Whether your goal is simply to be your personal best or if you are looking to be on the podium at the world championships. Schwab can work with you to help you reach 100% of your potential to get you there.

o Regular assessments to determine where you are at the beginning and how effective training methods are for you.  This allows for fine tuning and personalizing your plans and workouts to be the best that you can be.

3. Do the Podium Gold Plan

o Everything that you need to take it to the next level. To borrow from baseball great Yogi Berra, “competing is 90 percent mental and the other half is physical”  Free your mind and your body will follow
