to world class competitors!
Many beginner and experienced athletes think, “I want to get as far as I can on my
own before I get a coach.” I understand because I used to think the same way. The
trouble is that I did not realize that practice makes permanent – in a bad way.
Here are the biggest mistakes that beginner and experienced athletes commonly make
#1 Not making their exercise fun. This the biggest reason people don’t stick with
their workouts, they don’t enjoy their activity. Activity should be fun!
#2 Working out but ignoring proper form. They use bad technique that later has to
be unlearned and not only diminish the effectiveness of their efforts but risk injury
#3 Trying to go it alone without a coach. It is always difficult to see what we
are really doing without perspective, proper coaching will give you that perspective
and keep you moving forward and motivated.
