Just as Rome was not built in a day, your current nutrition habits have not been formed overnight.

Some of the tricks to this implementation are planning.  No one wants to come home from a workout or work and spend an hour cooking to eat.  Meals must be easy, appetizing and fulfilling.


Oddly enough the most important thing about nutrition is not what you eat, but the psychology of how and why you eat.


Do you eat because you are bored, did you have that Hagan Daz because it sounded good, you were depressed, it was the easiest thing to grab and eat when you were in a hurry.
